HOW CAN I RETURN MY ORDER?
If an order If an item arrives damaged, tampered with, or broken , the customer has the option to return it. Simply let us know, and we will replace the item(s) as soon as possible, subject to availability in our warehouse.
We accept returns within 15 days of receipt (provided the conditions stipulated in Law 47/2002 on the regulation of commerce are met). After verifying the condition of the product, a refund will be issued using the same payment method used by the customer, or a replacement will be sent, depending on availability in our warehouse.

Warranty of durable products All products offered through the website are completely original, unless otherwise stated in their description. As established in Article 123 of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, the warranty period for non-perishable products is two years from the date of delivery. - Right of withdrawal and returns According to Article 102 of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, the consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 calendar days from the delivery date, the delivery date being that provided by the transport company.
